Do you want to help drive our property management forward? We are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented assistant property manager for our residential portfolio in the Stockholm area.
In this role, you will assist the property manager in the management assignment and contribute to effective and qualitative management of our housing. You will have many points of contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
About the positionAs an assistant property manager with us, you will, among other things, in close collaboration with the responsible property manager and colleagues:
Inspect during move-in and move-out, apartment exchanges, subletting, and transfers
Order maintenance measures and handle invoicing
Process illegal subletting cases
Handle disturbance cases
Carry out smaller projects in consultation with the property manager, e.g., construction projects, local adaptations, and projects according to authority requirements
Handle rentals and sign smaller lease agreements regarding, for example, storage and sheds
Collaborate in and develop the management group
Participate in the budgeting process and goal follow-up
We are looking for someone who has:
Relevant post-secondary education in property/economics/technology or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways
Knowledge of rental law and property technology
Some years of experience from a management company
Some negotiation experience
Driver's license and access to a car
